I contacted the pastor at this church because my son and he new wife go there.I wanted a meeting with him because after us, me and my husband raised our grandson from age 3-7, his new wife had our son take him away from us for no reason and my grandson was crying and doing really bad in school. after about 3 months the new wife had teachers write letters about my grandson's behavior and took him to a psychiatric nurse to label him with 3 disabilities which he DID NOT HAVE. he just was acted out because he want to come back to paww paw's house. My son is our only son and my grandson is our only grandson. I wanted the pastor to let us talk it out but he didn't care so I spent $15,000 in court fought for my grandson and eventually had the disabilities remove from a thorough investigation from the State. The new wife handled all this with the psychiatrist nurse practitioner and why would my son and his ex wife allow this to happen. my grandson on medication he did not need. I think this church is a cult. The person baptizing people wore black. haven't been there to see if there is even a cross. my son's father is very ill. he hasn't come to see him. hasn't seen us in 3 yrs and our grandson in 2 yrs. how can a person preach when he can't even honor his mother nor father.

If I could give this church zero stars I would. After the loss of my father-in-law we reached out to the pastor to conduct the funeral services no one was available or willing to do so. He was a member of this church for over 25 years and gave back to it generiouly by teaching Sunday school and the Fourth of July services. After several phone calls we finally received a call back letting us know that because he hadn't attended services for a few years while he was sick that they would not preform the funeral services. I am shock that this was how they treated a devoted person of God. I always believed that pastors were their to minister their children of God and not to judge someone on the ablitly to attend services.

I am appalled, incensed and shocked at the level of apathy from the pastoral leadership of the church. After the passing of my father, who have been a member of the congregation for more than 25 years, no one was available or even offered to conduct the funeral service. It took several voicemails and prodding from the pastor's brother to even return our phone calls. Several phone calls were also made a few months ago while he was alive, in the hospital and gravely ill, to come and pray with the family. No one bothered to show up. This is not how Christ taught us to "care for widows and orphans". Apathy is the opposite of Love.
